Matt and Lilo dreamed of a unique desert wedding that would be intimate for their loved ones. These Californians reached out to Cloth and Flame to create a reception unlike any other. It was held in the middle of the canyons. String lights and family style meals were the highlights of the reception. Cloth and Flame were the perfect hosts for this romantic evening. Their reception also included “Crazy Hour,” a Colombian tradition, and a cigar and s’more bar.
Their first look was inside Antelope Canyon. Lilo had Matt wear a blindfold as they traveled to the location together. Once they were in the canyons, Lilo stood behind her groom and revealed her gorgeous gown. It was something out of a fairytale. From the start of their day to the end, they were surrounded by the most spectacular views.
The best part of the day, in my opinion, was the stunning ceremony. To see the views of Horseshoe Bend, you had to do a 10 minute walk to the most beautiful backdrop. The guests were greeted by panoramic views and gathered around to watch Matt and Lilo profess their love for one another.
It was perfect on every level. I am so grateful for these two and for Cloth and Flame. It was a wedding I will never forget!
