Uptown Bridal was the dress shop I passed by every day when I worked full time for downtown Chandler. Their shop sat on the corner of Arizona Ave. and Boston St. It was a landmark for many when visiting downtown. I walked by and always imagined which dress I’d like to try on. There was always one that stood out to me, and when I got engaged, I knew Uptown Bridal would be the first place I visited.
Before I was engaged, Uptown announced their move to a smaller, 1920’s farmhouse. This was huge for them! With their move, they reinvented their bridal consultations. Instead of trying dresses on with several other women, you could now book the entire shop for 3 hours. The consultation (or should I say celebration?) includes light snacks and beverages and enough room for your close friends and family.
When I booked my appointment, the ladies sent me a long list of questions! They wanted to get to know me personally and find out what styles I like most. Upon my arrival, I understood the reason for all the questions. These ladies nailed every detail. The second I stepped my foot in the door, I read a sign that said “Deanne said yes, now let’s find the dress!” The ladies were warm and welcoming and invited us to get comfortable as if it were our own home. They poured us all French soda and served my favorites (donuts from Bosa!).
I began trying on dress after dress, realizing quickly I had already found the dress of my dreams. I will recommend every bride I know to Uptown Bridal, because of the true care they put into getting to know you and your loved ones. Here are the pictures (minus my dress for obvious reasons) from my day at Uptown Bridal. And yes, they do take pictures of every bride that comes in their new home!
